Scouting Report:

Dante Bailey is a flat out scorer, period. At 6’7” 220 lbs., he can score inside and out. His best facet of his game right now is his ability to catch in the mid-range, or high post area and either face up and hit a contested jump shot or back you down into a great looking fade away shot. Dante is from Chicago, Illinois and chose to go the Junior College route and attended Seminole State Community College in Oklahoma. By the time he was a Sophomore, he was a dominant force on the JUCO scene as he averaged 18.2 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 3.3 APG. He was heavily recruited coming out of JUCO and chose to attend the University of Tennessee-Martin, a NCAA Division 1 school.

He played one season at UTM and then transferred to Langston University in Oklahoma. He was a star at the NAIA D1 level. He honed his all-around game during his time at Langston. He averaged 16.5 PPG, 4.2 RPG, 2.0 APG on his way to being named All-Conference and an Honorable Mention NAIA D1 All-American in 2017-2018. He had many monster games at Langston, including a 43 point career high outburst against NCAA Division 2 West Texas A&M, on 16/22 shooting from the field! Bailey has been very well groomed to become a great basketball player from his early days in Chicago and is primed and ready for an outstanding professional career to come. We are very glad that Dante chose One Motive Sports as his agency!
